Loisaba Star Beds is situated on the magnificent 56,000 acre Loisaba Conservancy in Laikipia. A beautiful landscape that boasts rivers, forests, springs, valleys and open plains. Loisaba's abundant wildlife across is rolling landscape is truly wild. Loisaba is a corridor of an elephant migration route, and holds a healthy population of lion as well as notable northern species such as the Grevy’s zebra, Beisa oryx and Somali ostrich. Loisaba is also a home range for the rare and special wild dog. Poised on a rocky kopje, the Star Beds command sweeping views over an undulating valley and a permanent waterhole, frequented by resident wildlife. Handcrafted four-poster wooden beds sit on raised wooden platforms jutting out from a thatched-roof accommodation and are rolled out each night for you to sleep under the endless African sky.
